yes, try changing your razor, also smooth some cream with vitamin e, this should cool your legs and keep them soft.

You may have an allergy to the shave cream or soap. Try soaking your legs in hot water to soften the ahir, the use a new razor blade and some Ivory soap and shave gently. Pat dry and use a non allergenic lotion.

It could be that you are sensitive to the soap or shaving cream you are using... when you shave, you scrape off some of your skin, increasing your senitivity.
I suggest you try a different brand of shaving cream (look for one that says, "for sensitive skin" if you can), always use a new razorblade, and when you are putting on lotion afterwards, use an unscented hypoallergenic kind (like Cetaphil).

same thing happened to me so i switched my razor and bought an expensive one and also use conditioner instead of shaving cream..it glides better and doesnt get caught in the razor so it removes the hair better..also try oil instead of lotion ..it helps alot with redness or bumps and calms the skin

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
