how can i loose weight? i have tried everything.. i dont wanna loose it to fast thought cause its not good for my body got any ideas?

I've actually found the key to controlling and losing weight is to actually eat more regulary.

Keep your metabolism working, and combine that with aerobic exercise.

Eat something small and nutritious every 2 - 3 hours in the day, and keep down the carbs.

Stick to your main meals, breakfast something filling and high in carbs like porridge, corn flakes, toast and egg, etc. Make sure you eat breakfast withing an hour of waking as this is the time where your body sets its metabolism for the day. Then every two to three hours before lunch eat small snacks, such as an apple and a piece of cheese, soem crackers, etc. Then eat your main meal, and continue the process.

Combined with a small amount of exercise such as walking, jogging or swimming (if you belong to a spa or gym) you should see the pounds drop off in a controlled manner, giving you the ability to moderate your carbohydrate or sugar intake to increase or decrease fat loss.

weight reduction should always be gradual. And the best way to do is to have an exercise schedule. Early morning exercise is best.Start with moderate exercise and increase it over a period of 2 weeks. Also extra fats in diet should be avoided. To reduce gradually, no need to cut down meals. Just cut on the snacks in between the meals and always choose low calorie foods while buying at a store

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. No matter what kind of diet you go on, if you don't get up and exercise, you aren't going to like the results. You need to build muscle mass because the more muscle you have, the more calories you body burns. On top of that, make sure that you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day & laying low on the sodium & sugar.

Cut down your portion sizes, remove Non-Diet Soda, stop buying candy & sweets, eat more fruits & veggies & protein, EXERCISE.
