it's all over my arms and legs were ever the paste contacts.basically it looks and feels like poison ivy.

If this is your job you really have no way around the fact that you have to be exposed to the paste that causes your allergies. Either you would have to change jobs or wear protective clothing and gloves so as to not come into contact with the paste.

Polecat's right: You need long sleeves, long trousers, a mask, and perhaps goggles. In fact, that might be a good idea anyway if the paste makes a lot of fumes.

You may need to wear protective clothing and a face mask to avoid the fumes.
