Once a month, I have extreme cramping. But I am tired of taking pills for it. Has anybody tried somwething natural that worked for them? help

Walking is very good, as is drinking lots of water. Also, there are muscle-relieving heat pads (I use ThermaCare Heatwraps) that work very well. Also, stress can add to menstrual symptoms- sometimes, taking a long, soothing hot shower or bath works very well for me- meditation and all that.

Take a hot bath. The hot water relaxes muscles including those of your uterus relieving you of cramps.

also Make a cup of hot tea with some lemon juice
. My mom used to make it for me when I was a teenager and it worked great!!!

A heating pad on low placed on your area of discomfort should allieviate the pain.

I heard from someone and have not tried yet, by drinking Pepsy Cola, and this is due to kinine content? I have not tried it due to I do not like soda.

sit in a warm bathtub, sip tea and relax
if that doesnt help, pop some excedrin, always works for me

yea heating pads work well too. :-)

dont give into your chocolate or sweet cravings. eat as healthy as possible and excercise.
