I would say that you should ask a doctor or find something that says that it is ok for you on the lable rather than trusting any medicine that somebody on here tells you. But i guess you could ask a doctor or check the bottle of any suggestions you get.

That is a hard one. I had hayfever when I was nursing. Antihistamines will dry up your milk. An herbalist recommended bayberry. It really does work for hayfever, but it gives the baby diarrhea. Some people say stinging nettle (in capsules) works for hayfever, but I have never tried it and I don't know if it would cause any side effects in the baby. An air purifier helps.
The medicine that helped me the most and did not do anything to the baby was Beconase AQ nasal spray. It is a steroidal nasal spray and it really works for hayfever. The label says it could possibly stunt the baby's growth, but my boy grew 12" his first year, so I don't think it slowed him down any.

As your Pharmacist, but I believe Sudafed is ok. Check the back of the box.
