I hate exercising. I totally loath it but I know I must do it for health reasons. I get terribly, clinically depressed just thinking about going for a walk, working out, bicycle, treadmill, swimming, etc. Moreover, where I live it's too hilly for bicycles and the scenery is truely boring. I need to figure out a way to make myself like it (like I learned to make myself enjoy classes I thought I didn't like in college).
