It really depends on where you are in the "woman shape" group. If you have a girls' body ( not fully developed and small boned) you can be 82-110 and be in normal range.
If you have a woman's body, you can be from 105-125 and still be considered thin. It really does depend on your bulid

If you have a small frame between 108-121
Medium frame is 118-132
Large frame is 132-143
Measure your frame by wrapping your thumb and middle finger around your wrist. If they touch you have a medium frame, overlap means small frame and dont touch means large frame
