Take 3 vitamin C pills today, 2 tomorrow and 1 or 2 Friday. In the meantime...drink lots of OJ and Water, eat nutritious food and get enough rest. Take a hot bath, with a medicinal bath gel...those work wonders. My family swears by them.

well you cant rush your body on healing. You can help it how ever. First thing is first Anti Biotics, tons of Rest, and drink plenty of water and juice. If you dont have a sore throat I suggest Orange Juice as its full of Viatamin C also crank up on the B vitamins as they help your body function better. There are no gurantee's but just try those and your body will heal pretty good. If you can I wouldnt take antibiotics though but since you need to get well quickly I would. The less you rely on them to get better the stronger your immune gets and eventually you won't get sick as much.

Might not be able to just get rid of it. But some ideas are:

Drink lots and lots of water
Take in Vitamin C (orange juice)
Get a good amount of sleep
If its cold, dress warm.
Wash your hands.

Hmmm. According to my alternative medicine book, you'd have to chow down on chicken soup, zinc tablets and lots of oj, tomato juice and other things with vitamin c in them.

Good luck!

See this site for fastest way to get over colds and flus. ANTI-BIOTICS ARE FOR BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. THEY HAVE NO EFFECT ON VIRUSES!
