abosoulety not! It will have parasites, bacteria, and viruses in it. You could posion yourself and perhaps even die. Do yourself a favor and don't drink it!

You really shouldn't drink anything but pure water because it could have microorganisms that could make you really sick or even kill you. In poor countries people are raised drinking less than pure water so their body has built an immunity to it. Just drinking rusty water for the first time would definitely make you at the very least--very ill. If I were you, I would invest in a water purifying system that could be found easily at Walmart in the Sporting Goods section or at a Sporting Goods store. You could also purify water yourself by distilling it. Hope this helps.

No. You should invest in a steam distiller and only drink the water after it has been steam distilled.

This includes ice cubes, water for cooking, tooth brushing, etc.

It's okay to bathe in it , though.

Drink bottled water or purified water from a water dispenser.

I wouldn't say rust is an essential nutrient that your body requires. Actually, it's probably not good for you at all.
