Hi, i exercise each day, minimum of 1 and a half not including PE at school. I eat alot of foods, like i believe i over eat about 400-1000 calories each day. however most of that food, is fruits and vegetables, no deepfried crap, no junk food, no sodas, and made like 1/50 sweets. I barely eat any food that has alot of fat (20% +), like i mean, barely, like maybe once or twice a week. Even though i watch this fat intake, but i eat too much food and over eat the amount of calories, i need in one day. Will i still grow fat? I am 5'11" male 16 years old, and weigh 138 pounds. Please, answer seriously. Thank you. So my main question is, even though i intake more calories, than needed, but stay away from fat foods, will i still grow fat?
