I lead a moderately active life but hate exercising. I don't mind losing the weight gradually, but need a foolproof plan on how to do it. Please help!

My husbnad is in the early stages of Dementia and his memory is failing rapidly and it is very upsetting to him, and frustrating to me. Is there any memory exercises that can help him remember things that happen daily as well as maybe help him get back the memory of some other simple things...like he can't remember how to operate the washer;the remote control,where his clothing is in certain drawers.how to turn off the buzzer on the alarm clock,etc.
These may seem like petty things...but to someone who used to know them so easily, and now can't...they become a major issue. I am so worried about him...he gets so frustrated and starts saying things he shouldn't.
Please, can't somebody help us!!!!

Ok, I am 12 and 1/2 and I am about 109 pounds and I Want To Lose 10 or 15 Pounds by the end of the month. Not doing anything drastic like starve, I don't eat meat, I have gone without fast food for at least 3 months which is quite an accomplishment. I have a treadmill that I wish would work but I also have a "Gazelle" which I started doing 15 minutes a day a couple days ago. So thanks... No crude comments.

There is a girl who goes to my gym and she's quite overweight and she gets tired from walking short distances or cycling at the gym and will stop and go home. I have seen this before and sometimes I don't see them come back. I want offer her a training partner and give her some basic advice, I'm not a PT but I train 6 days a week and I'm healthy I think if anything it would help her to stop pushing herself to hard like the trainers want her to and slow down and walk longer to increase fat burning. From my experiance some trainers push you far to hard I appreceiate that it keeps you from plateau and will increase your fitness but it can drive you away too which I think might happen to her. Do you think she would be annoyed at me if I offered her basic assistance and someone (at differernt levels) to exercise with?

I don't helucinate, and no one has ever acted in a manner to believe that I have. I don't have weird activities. But I feel that at any moment I might explode in random song and dance. I realize that some of the people around me do really dumb things, I watch them in their actions, and I am trying to figure out how they continue to process their situations like they do. I watch as they do it, and I know a much more efficient way of doing something and It is driving me nuts. What is wrong with me? Or is everything else but me wrong?

I asked the Dr to not give mom Iv promethazine and fentynal via a picc line. She was having seizure type actions when they administered these meds together. She wa paralized on the left side and stayed in the hospital for a month for a urinary infection. We went to the dr. for a stomach ache. This thing turned into a nightmare and mom can't accept what has happened, to paralize her left side, without an explanation. The Dr. Yelled at me in my mothers room. Is this a violation of her rights as a patient?

So here's the deal. My mom has a history of hurting herself / making herself sick for attention. Now she's out in California with my sister who is in the navy to "help" with the baby. The baby is now very ill and the doctors can't find anything wrong with him. He's losing weight, vomiting, and has severe diarrhea. There is no concrete proof that she is hurting him but it is very convenient that suddenly she is well and the baby is not. It's just a suspicion but I dont know what to ask the doctors to test him for? Any ideas? Who should my sister talk to about this? What happens if we accuse mom and it turns out that the baby really is genuinely ill? Please help!

A little over a year ago my Wife of 17 years began giving me enemas.She got on a health kick and said that she learned a once -a-week enema was a healthy practice. I thought it was strange but I have found myself now getting two fleet enemas from my wife EVERY Friday. If I refuse or try to delay the Event she turns a cold shoulder and rejects me not speaking for days.There is no peace or sex until I end up bent over in our bathroom receiving my treatment.Ican never make plans to socialize with friends due to these Friday Enemas.She even brings them with her when we travel.I have questioned her about me assisting with her enemas.She says that she has completed her procedure while I was at work earlier in the day. This is never part of our sex life .We are active and loving but not kinky in bed. MY QUESTIONS; Are these enemas harmful? Is my Wife nuts or playing some kind of domination game?
