Ok, I am 12 and 1/2 and I am about 109 pounds and I Want To Lose 10 or 15 Pounds by the end of the month. Not doing anything drastic like starve, I don't eat meat, I have gone without fast food for at least 3 months which is quite an accomplishment. I have a treadmill that I wish would work but I also have a "Gazelle" which I started doing 15 minutes a day a couple days ago. So thanks... No crude comments.

Well, your already half way thier with everything you have been doing.
Here's somemore tips:
Don't drink soda. Not even diet soda or coke zero. They will make you hungry later.
Sometimes when you "feel" hungry your just thirsty. Drink a glass of water, wait 15 mins and your hunger should subside.
Eat 3 meals with nothing dairy, meat, or anything that comes from animals. What I'm telling you is to go veagen. Not vegitarian cuz vegitars eat fish and eggs and anchoves and dairy.
DO NOT EAT SOY!!!! Recent studies have shown soy has 3-5 birth controll pills worth of estrogean in one cup! It is also a cause for bad memory and not being able to do simple thing such as basic math (Adding, subtracting)
Run 30 miles each week and swimming can help too and it's fun.

Hope this helps. =) Good luck!

But I think your thin enough Lol are you trying to be anorexic? Don't be under wieght. It's not good for you.

Life style change is the only real answer. If you go about trying different diets trying to loss weight you'll just "confuse" your metabolism and possibly make matters worse. Eat smaller portions of healthy meals but more often like 5 or 6 times a day and exercise. You must exercise long enough to get your heart rate up to 120 beats per minutes and for at least 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week. Drink lots of water too. Your young so make the life style change now while it's easy. When you get older it won't be so easy. Good luck.

First of all, you're a baby. I know you don't want to hear it, but you are. I'm 20, and when I was 12, the LAST thing on my mind was my weight.

Go play a sport if it concerns you. Do kid things. Run around and play make-believe with your friends. We all did it, it was fun. Play baseball. Kick ball. Try Hand Ball. It's a great cardiovascular work out. I think work out equipment is a bit much for a child at your particular stage.

But how tall are you? You may not be as overweight as you think you are. You need to compare your body weight to your height.

I've performed Peter Pan two times, and now we have had the characters fly in each situations. All it takes is an audition and slightly religion. I recommend retaining a puppy crocodile to get into person.

I think you shouldn't to be on diet because at this age, your body system need more foods to develope therefore its normal if u r growing bigger (not fatter). Cutting down junk food is very good.Drink more plant tea, green tea is the best of course!
