i'm tired of being overweight . i'm in no way fat i just want to be smaller. and want to lose it quick

eat more often can be the answer.eat every tree or two hours .a friend of mine loose 100 lbs its stiil incredible to me but is a true story. you can eat everythyng but at the right time and right amounts. less carbs. less fat, less sugar especially as the day goes by,you need to start eating lighter. you can have a candy bar one or two times a week but during morning. theres a lot of information that i can gave you about this but is not easy over the internet there is too much details that i wiil need to give you for example is extremely important that you never let pass more than tree houres whith no food or you will gain the pounds as you cant imagine i am hispanic so my english is not that good. try to see a nutrisionist and talk about this tipe of diet itryet my self a long time ago and lost 8lb the first week. i my be able to keep giving you litlle details about it day by day i hope i will know you to explain you lot better

DO NOT CUT OUT RED MEAT, as was suggested before. You want to do body weight exercises everyday. You also want to cut out anything that is processed and put into a box. Eat meat, eat vegetables, fruit, nuts, eat, eat ,eat. You will become a fat burning engine. Stop the sodas, even more important the diet sodas, they make you fatter faster!

This is what I follow from a matial artist specialist that has done amazing things for people and now I am one too! I lost 33 pounds in a month and a total of 51 pounds in 2 months. I play hard with my 3 year old daughter now, I go out and enjoy the outdoors. I work out anywhere and everywhere as I do not need a gym.

If you are really overweight like I was at over 300 lbs start by walking eveyday 20 minutes out and then turn around and go home. You will have done a 40 minute walk everyday.

Stay away from gyms and cardio machines and weights. You need to move your whole body. Sumo Squats, pushups in multiple variations, bridging (The very best exercise I have ever found)!

Start now not nex tmonday or in a few days. Get down and give me 20! LOL The key is to get your big butt off the chair and move and move constantly. I love to take the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator. I will park far away from the store I am going in becuase the walk will do me good and less cars around me.

first of all how tall are you and what is your ideal weight?
I was 30 pounds overweight about 2 years ago. my friend had told me about adipex which is a prescription medicine. I finally decided to try it. I went to the dr. and he prescribed a month supply to me. In one month i lost 17 pounds, and the other 14 were gone by the end of the next month. I did this without exercising. I did cut back on my carbohydrates, and increased the intake of my water. Since then i gained about 10 back, but i got on the internet and ordered some adipex on line and i've lost 15 pounds in a month.
It keeps you from getting hungry, but makes you very thirsty.

That is too fast. Your goal should be a pound a week, which means a deficiency of 500 calories per day between what you eat and what you burn up by exercise and simply living. Eat lots of vegetables, and enough meat (any type) to get the proteins required to keep your muscle tone up.

Eat more vegetables cook and row, like brocoli, celery, green pepper, zuchini, greenbean, 2 fruits per day, aples, oranges, strawberries half cup, plums, pears, peaches, apricots, no grapes or bananas. Try to eat more fish any kind, white meat chiken, pork no skin, only two slices of bread per day. no soda, only water, do some exercise like walk for 30 minutes every day.
good luck. Eat 5 tiems a day 3 meain meal and 2 snacks
Salads are great with only olive oil, lime or lemon, salt and pepper.
