Time heals all wounds. I know this personally. I fell in love several years ago and still don't think I'm over it. You see Love is not something you get over you have to go threw it. You will probably be better off in the long run for having to deal with this heart ache now. It sucks when someone falls out of love with someone else. Also it sucks even harder if they didn't feel the same for you. I don't know if you are a praying man or not, but my suggestion to you is to pray about it. God will lift the burden may be not in the way you want it but in a way that will benfit you in the future. Trust me I have had it happen. Good luck:)

The best way is to move on, find yourself someone who really cares about you. Hard at first, maybe you will never forget especially if its your first love that you have lost.Time heals all wounds, love will come your way again when you least expect it.

If you truly love this person.. ask yourself if you would want her to be unhappy. Be confident that there is a happy match out there for you, all the while knowing that a great relationship is when love and respect flow in both directions.

Good luck... it can be difficult.

Go out and look for someone better. You WILL find someone that loves you back and that is the only way that love is fulfilling.

I recommend practicing living in the NOW moment: not the no longer existant yesterday or imagined tommorrow. I know it is difficult, but trying will give you something to do with your mind - if you stick with it you will get something alot more vauable than any girl will give you.

Ofcourse you will get many answers, but here is the practical one.

Start taking Escitalopram (Cipralex, lexapro etc...) 10 mg a day. In 3 months you will be okay.

If you are an adult, just go have sex with someone else. If you are under 18, go to the playground and play in a different sandbox than her.

Try telling yourself that she ain't no goddess... she's not such an immortal as you depict her to be..

she's human and she lives and eat too... and she shits and farts etc.... try seeing her do that in your mind... get the picture?

Soon, you'll feel that she's not thaaat great afterall... hope this helps

Move on ... get beyond it. Don't live in yesterday, but look forward to tomorrow.
