1 cup oatmeal w/ fruits, nuts and yoghurt
1 glass n0nfat milk
1 hardboiled egg
fruit

f0r lunch:
grilled chicken/fish
1/2 c rice or wheat bread
fruit
hot green tea

f0r dinner:

Eat less, excersise more. Stay away from fatty foods .... and things like potato chips .etc. Don't eat anything after 6 PM if at all possible. Good Luck ! :)

less carbohydrates and b careful of ur diet...better eat more meat vegetables and fruits than rice or foods rich in carbo....and a regular EXERCISE!!!!
