hi, my name is lokender jain and i am 16 years old and i am suffering from sinus. i showed to doctor but he recommended a operation but my family is against it. so pls tell me some proper treatment for it. my head pains a lot whenever i do some physical work(like climbing stair cases, watering the plants, etc). i am very much worried. i am unable to concentrate on my studies(i am preparing for IIT-JEE) please help me

I use to get a cold and my sinus would run like water. Just like you turn on a facet. Then sometimes I would have very bad headaches. This was over 15 to 20 years ago.

I also went back and forth to my doctor for my problem with my sinus. At that time nothing seem to help and the problem just kept getting worst. Now to day it's gone and I attribute it to the BAYBERRY and the information I found in the Back to Eden book.

I started going to different health food stores and asking a lot of questions. I found a book in one of the health food stores and today they still sell it. the name of the book is BACK to EDEN
by Jethro Kloss it's been revised and updated but the original material is still intact.

If you can get your hands on a copy of this book it's not that expensive I got a copy a few years back and at that time it was only $6.99 from the health food store. Look in the index under sinus and it tells you a lot of things to do that may help you in addition to what your doctor may tell you.

Also I used an herb called Bayberry there are two herbs with almost the same name but you make sure you get it the way I have spell it BAYBERRY ask at the health food store make sure you let them know you have a sinus problem and they will tell you how to use it. You might be able to go on line and look it up this herb and it's uses. If not a good health food store will help.
It has help me and as of this day I no longer have any sinus problems.

I have sinus and I got an operation ad believe me my condition didn´t improve with it. So try some saline solution, put your head backwards and apply 5 cc of saline solution in each nosedrill for abu a minute three times a day and that helps the sinus loose up and come out.

You have three pressure points which will open the sinus. They are between your eye brows, at the top of your nose by the eyes, and at the bottom of your nose. When holing pressure on each side of you face in these spots,(maybe with a gentle but firm circular motion) your sinuses will open quickly with out medication. Give it a try. Please switch over to Homoeopathy.There are very good medicines like KALI BI CHROME/KALI BI CARB/RHUS TOX etc., which can cure with out any operation.
