I'm fine with my weight, but it just seems that I should be weighing less. 150 sounds too heavy? I've also been this weight and I'm pretty active. Seems like I can never lose anything, no matter how little I eat and how much I work out. Any advice?

With a weight of 150 and at 5'7", you've got a body mass index of 23.5 - that is healthy. According to weight charts, your weight is right in the middle of the accepted range for a larger frame womans body and in the middle of accepted for a medium frame man. It may be that you've plateaued and need to do something "different" to jump start into the next category, and sometimes stepping up your workout won't do. If you feel this weight is not you (and please don't starve yourself) try cleansing your system. There are lots of cleansing diets out there you can try.

I'm 5'9" and I can tell you that I looked pretty good at 150! You're probably just the perfect size. What matters is your BMI. Calculate it online here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm
For some people BMI isn't accurate though. Especially very muscular people, since muscle is more dense than fat. 1 pound of muscle is going to take up less room than 1 pound of fat.
I know 150 pounds sounds like a big number. You hear about people weighing 110, 120, 125, and us non-stick people sound huge! I can pretty much assure you that you are NOT fat, and are much healthier than those underweight bean poles! : )
I on the other hand need to get back to 150 lol. Seriously, that's my goal weight and here you are thinking you're too heavy at that weight!!!

Your weight sounds fine for your height to me.. Try seeing what your BMI (body mass index) should be, I am sure that you will find that you are not overweight. Also, by eating too little, you won't lose weight. When cutting back, your body's defenses prepare them self for survival and store fat. Instead of not eating enough calories, try eating small meals, 4 to six times a day, digestion of these small meals will speed up your metabolism.

Stop trying to lose weight. Why does 150 sound too heavy ? At 5'7" .. anywhere between 150 and 160 is just fine. Take it easy on yourself. Good Luck ! :)

You didn't mention how old you are, but that's of little significance,
the important thing is that you are healthy. Too many women worry about their weight. Keep your hair looking nice, wear clothes that make you look sexy, add a little make-up and you'll feel beautiful.....and you will be. Put a little prance in your step and keep your smile handy....people will notice.

150 is perfect for your height, I think for people 5'7-5'9 they should weigh between 130-160. Youre at a good spot.

You sound fine to me. If you are fine with your weight and you're fit, don't stress over it.
