Hi, today while wearing a contact lens a black particle went into my left eye. It was really bothering me and I was in tears. I was not able to see clearly with that eye either. I thought perhaps it was the lens, so after few hours later, I threw away the lens. But I stilll feel the object in my eye. I think it's somewhere hidden on my upper lid. I feel it. And it's really bothering me. I still dont' see very clearly with that eye (perhaps it was like that, it's just I never noticed, not sure.)

My question is will that particle come out as eye booger or something after a while. I am unable to get it out... it's too inside my eye. Trying to washing it away didn't help either.

Please any opthal or optometrist here, let me know. Thanks.

This may be a stupid question, but here goes:

20 minutes after I took my pill I had a bowel movement...

I think this bowel movement was normal but is it normal when it comes out in small and large pieces? Or do normal bowels always come out as larger pieces?

It wasn't runny or watery so this wasn't diarrhea and wouldn't have affected the pill right?

So this is for my girlfriend, whom I'm worried about. She's seventeen, so she has been having her period for some time now. However, she skips months rather often (out of 6 months shell have 4 periods). Is this a major concern? I think she should go to the doctor just to get checked out, but am I just over-reacting? I'm just concerned, and would like to know how seriousthis could be and whether or not anyone else has experienced it.

someone told me " I know you purge I see the marks on your finger." can people really see that? I dont see anything afterwards.... and someone else said its teeth marks, but who the heck bites their finger when they purge?
I was just wondering, because I do have this small red mark on the finger I use, and no where else, but I dont think that would be why... can that really make a mark on your finger?

I turned 17 about two weeks ago and today was my last day at the bank as a summer worker. There's this guy there who introduced himself to me, he's always nice to me, and smiles at me, and he's the only guy there who didn't hug me goodbye. His name's Oneish and he has nice eyes and is good-looking. He works as a teller at the bank, which means he's already finished university and could be about 25 or over. He looked a bit suprised when I told him I was 17 (I always look older than my actual age) but he still spoke to me. I'm not saying I want to date the guy, I just want to get to know him. I thought about him a couple times over the last two weeks and I just want to talk to him to get to know him. Do you think I should call him or just let it go? If you think I should call him, what do I say to him, so that he understand I just want to get to know him?

So, I've heard that if you get a tattoo on your spine and need to get a cat scan or something, the scan will somehow boil the ink in the tattoo...So, lets say I wanted a tattoo on the back of my neck...would that deprive me of some potential much needed medical help?
