protein, and add strength training to your workout. it's working for my little sister (she is 5'0", and 75 lbs, but gaining, slowly but surely). this is really the only healthy, doctor-recommended way to add weight.

Plz put 2 tablespoons honey in a Glass of Milk (Do not use sugar) everyday in Breakfast. Eat potato chips, burgar & Pizza in the lunch & dinner.
After 15 days, I gurantee u that u will gain atleast 5Kgs.

hey...... well i wld suggest u 2 see a physician
some do have this prob that they eat a lot and still cant put on weight
u shld not eat in excess and niether too little food
u just go by the instructions given by a physician
soya beans r the best protegenious food
and if u eat non-veg then go for it at most

Eat more calories than your BMR (base metabolic rate). That's all there's to it. You can calculate your BMR here:

Keep in mind that 1 pound of fat = 3500 calories, so if you eat daily 500 extra calories, it'll take you a week to gain 1lbs of fat. If you want to gain muscle mass instead of fat, that's much more complicated. You should look into bodybuilding... Serious bodybuilding, not just few pushups every day. You can get more info here...

try working out or weightlifting. though most people do this to get slimmer if you are already very slim it will help build muscle. don't work about becoming a big buff bodybuilder just do lots and lots of reps with a VERY low amount of weight this will help you build long lean feminine looking muscles.

the best way which i myself tried is to do exercising and while doing it and immediately after the exercise is finished you must eat candies, juices containing sugar and high calory foods. you must also use the devices which are used in sports clubs if you want to make your muscles bigger. and you must do all this for at least 6 month to see the results.
