Sometimes after eating I can feel a bulge just to side of throat and below jaw. It feels normal before eating then gets bigger after eating. But goes away after awhile. What could this be??

This is food getting stuck behind a tumor, maybe canerous by nature. Most of the time the tumor is no more than 6 MM large, but odd shaped. The odd shape indicates cancer as well as traps food. You should see a doctor right away.

NAH I am just messing with you, don't have a clue.

your thyroid gland can have an enlarged lobe or nodules and will give you a choking feeling when you swallow. You can get an ultrasound done to evaluate it.
