It sounds like you may have a problem with your blood circulation. Make sure you're exercising enough, drinking enough water, and avoid things like carbonated drinks and processed sugar. You might try seeing an acupuncturist as well.

15 years old--your body is being bombarded by hormones that cause changes over your complete body. If the veins are appearing where veins should appear you have nothing to worry about. But if a vein appeared in an unusual place for a vein, such as the tip of your nose, you most likely have nothing to worry about. But in any event, if it's cause pain or discomfort you should see a doctor.

Are they workin veins?.....elevate feet if u have leg veins.
If they dont hurt, there is nothing wrong. If they hurt, they
are clogged and u need to drink vinegar, and rub some
beeswax on the veins...

at 15, there is not much could be wrong to cause this...but GO TO A DOCTOR. unless you are avoiding sun and your skin is getting very translucent from being pale, you will feel better if they check for high blood pressure and other stuff that could cause vessels to be visible. probably nothing, but please check anyway... could be a life saver.

Have you been doing any kind of exercise that builds muscle, becaue when you build muscle your veins tend to show more. Maybe that's what's happening to you..
