First of all some discharge is normal. If it has increased or changed in color or odor see a doctor. It may be an infection or just hormonal. You do not have to be sexually active to get a vaginal infection. If you have noticed a change let your doctor know.

What's it look like? Around the middle of my month, when I ovulate, I get this slick, whitish looking stuff that's very smooth in consistency. Does it resemble cottage cheese any? White in small-ish lumps? Any itching or burning? It could be a yeast infection, in which case you want an over the counter medication (Monistat, I always preferred the three day, never used the one-day).

Could have a yeast infection. Go to an OB/Gyn and stop eating lots of sugar and wearing too tight pants and undies.

Normal discharge is white to clear with a mild oder. If it smells like fish, causes itching or burning, and is a dark yellow or green see your doc.
