well, if this is a regular problem - 2 in the same month then see a Dr. Other than that I have no ideas.

My advice is to keep a calendar and make up a code of somesort
Ex: H-heavy L-light N-none D-discharge ect...
Having a calendar with exactly what's been going on will help your doctor during exams. Keep this for a few months and then talk to your doctor.

Sweetie, you can't "get rid of" your period without a doctor (and hormones). It's nature, hon. But twice in a month is not normal, so you might want to go get checked anyway.

No, there's nothing you can do, it'll takes its course
but getting it a second time is not right either. Keep track of your period and if it persists, see a doctor.

Take a calcium supplement,B vitamins may help.
Periods come natually, and sometimes off balance.
Just go with the flow.....and dont let it bother u.

Go on the pill and dont leave a gap! it will stop ur period! not really a good idea long term! but good for short term!

best way to regulate your cycle is to take birth control......and tell your gyno about it and he will prescribe birth control in such a way that he will get your period to only come once a month and sometimes they can prescribe it so you only get it when you want to
