mine is baked chicken breast with sour cream and cheddar and cream of mushroom soup
with garlic mashed potatoes and chicken gravy
and baby carrots mixed with peas

i bought fresh jalapenos like 5 days ago with the intention of wrapping them with bacon and filling with cream cheese. i didn't get around to doing it because of my birthday celebration, now they have turned red. does this mean they have gotten hotter or no???

Chopped Celery
Chopped green pepper
Chopped hard boiled eggs
mustard
salt
pepper
celery seed
onion powder (nobody in my family likes raw onions)
a little sugar

Whenever I make a cake it rises in the center but not so much on the outer edges....it's driving me nuts. I'm a really good cook, and although the cake always tastes yummy it's really annoying me that it won't rise correctly.
I have a convection gas oven and it should be good...what's wrong with my cake=(

I don't know if I should cut up the rest and tupperware the individual slices or if I should just cover the whole thing in foil? Is it better in the fridge, freezer, or on the counter?
It was baked today and I am sure it will be eaten by the end of the week, I just don't want it to get bad or stale!
