i am trying to make a chicken and i dont know how to tent it??
how do i do it???

you take two pieces of aluminum foil and fold one of their edges together. then you can set this over the chicken to shield it from direct heat. It should look like an old pup tent.

The method you are talking about is done in the oven
Place your chic. in a roasting pan, add a little liquid, I like to use chicken stock.This is when you get to use the tent.
Make a tent with your tin foil it would look like a V but the other way around, this goes over the chic in the roaster. I hope someone else gives you directions.

Fold foil into a tent shape and place over the breast to protect it from direct heat. In simple terms Loosely cover the chicken =)

cover with foil and make a teepee at the top.. folding hte ends together but keeping the foil from touching the chicken.
