FRESH TOMATO SAUCE
(canned & diced works well too!)
Saute 1 chopped onion and 2 bulbs chopped garlic in a large saucepan with olive oil for about 6 minutes. Add 3 lbs fresh ripe tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano and simmer 10 minutes. Add 1 bunch chopped cilantro (coriander leaves).
Serve over the pasta of your choice.
Buono Appetitto!

We make our own spaghetti sauce.
Tomato paste
1 can of whole tomatoes (cut in quarters)
basil
Italian seasoning
salt
Mix together in a sauce pan for 10-15 min, and enjoy over spaghetti.

i have two different sauces, one is sweet and the other is saltyish with garlic.
the sweet one is tomato sauce+ a bit of paste+canned corn + sugar + spam(or beef that has been tenderized)
That tastes really good actually.
the other one i just take sauce+ paste, cook some chopped onions + tomatoes, add some ground beef, put salt and pepper+ garlic salt, add maybe a pinch of ground garlic and then meatballs.
(i buy frozen meat balls so they're not that good :/)

1 can of Tomato Soup.
1/4 cup of water
Green Peppers and onions and mushrooms Sauteed together in 1tbsp of Olive oil.
1 Jar of Ragu.
2tbsp ofParmasain Chees.
This is what I use in my Spaghetti and it seems to be a big hit every time..

I use less of tomato puree, and add pineapple juice instead. When the sauce begins to simmer, I also add a pinch of asafetida, for flavour.
This makes my sauce recipe truly different in its taste.

hmmmm.. i usually make a tomato sauce from scratch so i don't use canned sauces very much.
if i use it, i will probably add chopped onions and celery , garlic and red pepper, sweet corns, sausage ( or chicken or ground beef) and mashrooms.
to make it tastes better, i would add some ketchup, worthtar sauce, brown sugar.

I put lemon pepper, either fresh garlic or garlic salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and a dash of sugar-the sugar cuts the acidity in the sauce, and gives it just a little bit of a sweet taste.

The meats are the key. The brand name stuff just adds ground beef. I like to add pork, beef and maybe even some venison if I can.

worcestershire sauce during the cooking of the meat, and some chilli while its simmering.
adding a spoonful of vegemite to the water you are cooking the pasta in adds a zing...
