So I recently fell in love with the Melting Pot restaurants (if you've never been i recommend you go) and I wanted to try making my own fondue at home.

Does anyone have any good cheese fondue recipes? chocolate fondue recicpes? and also like a cooking broth recipe for like steak, shrimp, or chicken? thanx :)

to use it up...then it was toooo sweet...so I added some cider vinegar (little bit) because someone here told someone else that that would take away from the sweetness...then it tasted like vinegar...so I remembered in Chemistry classes bases cancel acids...so I added bicarbonate of soda (a few pinches)...Do you think this will be edible?...guess I shouldn't open a restaurant....none of my family will eat my cooking...only the homeless shelter..and not really sure if they eat it or not...LOL

I have a big container of plain muffin mix. It says to add 2 cups water to 6 cups mix. If I wanted to make bananas, how many should I add? Should I add anything else also?

I know this question probably sounds so stupid but I rarely cook. I bought two pieces of marinated steak from a supermarket almost two weeks ago and I completely forgot about them till now. I'm wondering if it's still safe to eat them.

I made calzones the other night, but I want something new. Does any one know how to make a bread bowl? Other recipes are welcome too. My boyfriend is in bake shop and he brings home left-over dough everyday and I don't know what to do with it. Thanks.
