hard boiled egg, or fryed egg (like omelet style) sandwiches?

I like them both, but I like the whipped egg ones better.

When we were first married I made lots of fried egg sandwiches for my husband's lunch. He swears he never got tired of them! I sprinkled a little dill, salt and pepper on the egg, and dressed the sandwich with mayo and a tomato slice. He still requests these all the time. I like mine poached. Our son has always loved them scrambled with cheese. To each his own!

both are great. am sure you have lots of omelet ideas. but here's just an idea, with boiled egg you can mash it salad-like with mayo and some relish then you can either add chunks of ham, cheese, or chicken to make it a handy spread or ready-dip'n'dressing in a jar. additional info for perfectly boiled eggs every time, just put egg in water and bring to boil, cut the heat then let the egg stay in the hot water for 12mins. then rinse to cool with some tap water

Try frying the egg "flat" (broken yolk), fairly well done but not browned much. Put one piece of velveeta sliced cheese in between 2 eggs, add a little mayo to 2 wheat toast slices. Great sammy!!!!! My daughter likes to make scrambled egg sammys with mayo, cheese, toast and a shot of Frank's Red Hot sauce on each. Gotta admit they're almost as good as mine!

Soft boiled eggs, chopped up and mixed in with grated cheddar cheese (eggs have to still be warm to help the mix). lovely
