teflon skillet, the microwaved--and in all this process has no bad odor, should it be thrown out (or sampled in very small amount) to determine whether it might be safely edible).

My perhaps false reasoning says that with microwaving, wouldn't that remove the possibility of contracting food poisining.

I recently tried Trout for the first time at a restaurant and loved it. I am buying some trout fillets Thursday. I am cooking them on the stove, and I have no idea how long it takes. The fillets look to be about a pound or less, so how long should I cook it for?? How do I know it's done? I do cook swordfish all the time on the stove and grill. Is it similar?
Thanks

for guacamole? The recipe says to mash the avacado with a fork until almost smooth or until desired consistency, but do I peel it and cut it first? Or do I just peel it? Oh, and the recipe is:

INGREDIENTS:
1 large ripe avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash salt to taste
dash cayenne, chili powder or taco sauce (optional)
PREPARATION:
Mash avocado with a fork until almost smooth, or until desired consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. That's it! Dip your chips and enjoy!

If I were to make enough for about twelve people, how much would I need of all of those ingredients? What I'm asking is, how many servings does this recipe make? It doesn't say, but maybe someone could figure it out...

Sorry, I'm a beginner in cooking...

I want to make a pink champagne cake (it sounds cool) and I wanted to use fondant as the frosting, but will the fondant be too heavy for the cake? I'm inexperienced when it comes to cakes but I'm not half bad at making them. I'm trying to make a cool creative cake so I was just curious. And does anyone have a recipe for a fresh cut strawberry cool whip recipe for the filling between layers?

So I made porkchops. I think they were porkchops. Anyway, they were peices of pork. I put them in the pan, sprinkled some seasoning on them, and put them in the oven (350 degrees, 45 minutes)

When I took it out, there was all this water in the pan that definately was not there before. It tastes fine.

So, what happened? Why is my pork all wet?

When I was backing out of my driveway on my way to work I noticed that there was some fur on my Wheels, then I noticed that my neighbors poodle was dead. This happened last weekend and my neighbors are frantically looking for puddles and I said I did not see her, meanwhile I have her in my garage in my meat freezer. We have a neighbor that we all hate so should I plant it somewhere on her property or what?
