You need the biggest pan you got which mine is a pot for cooking spaghetti in. You add all your seasonings and just let water boil and then add in snow crab clusters. Cook for about 20 minutes. Then just serve.

You can use a cleaver and chop them into smaller pieces or use a big wok to steam or stir fry them. If you like Asian flavours, here is a great recipe: CHILLI CRAB Serves 4 1 kg raw crabs 2 tbsp peanut oil 4 spring onions, finely sliced (to garnish - optional) 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger 2 small red chillies, seeded and sliced SAUCE 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1/2 cup / 125ml tomato sauce 1/4 cup / 60ml sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil Segment crabs into 4 pieces. Crack claws open with a crab cracker to allow flavours to enter the crab meat and also to make it easier to eat the crab. Heat a wok until very hot, add oil and swirl to coat. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the meat turns white. Stir in hoisin, tomato, sweet chilli and fish sauces, the sesame oil and 1/4 cup (60ml) of water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 6 minutes, or until the crab flesh is cooked through and flakes easily. Arrange on a platter and garnish with spring onion. Serve with steamed rice and bowls of water with slices of lemon for rinsing messy fingers. Enjoy!
