Does parmesian go well on vodka pasta sauce?

YES!!! Parmesan (but make sure it's the REAL Parmesan (Reggiano Parmesan) cheese is the BEST on all types of pasta sauce. Vodka sauce is only a little bit different from regular pasta suce (I happen to like it very much...actually Emeril makes a pretty good one...but take m y advice and don't use that Kraft stuff in the green can...if you've never tasted Reggiano Parmesan cheese, you're in for a real treat! It's indescribably delicious, you can even eat a chunk of it by itself with a little red wine...mmmm.... It's a little pricey, but it's aged and comes from Italy, but SO WORTH IT!!! If you have a Costco near you, they have it there for a very reasonable price. Once you get the Reggiano, toss it over everything Italian! Good eating and warm regards!

can you? Are you afraid you will make rat poison? Its freaking food! you can do what ever makes sense to you or try something crazy. Everything that a Chef pairs together had to be tried for the first time by somebody.
