I just brought a cast iron reversible griddle. For some reason , the seasoning instructions were missing. I want to season the griddle. Now, do I need to spray it with oil and let it cook on 425 for about an hour? How do I do this?

I have followed quiet a few variations of marinara sauce recipes. Latest was Emeril's Basic Marinara sauce found on foodnetwork's website. But all the sauces turn out to be too sour. I have tasted that ones at Olive Garden...those sauces are a little sour but not that bad. Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a way to make it less sour? Maybe use freshly chopped tomatoes instead of canned diced tomatoes? Please share...thanks :)

OK so I got a friend that had to work offshore for 30 days and he has this pet monkey. I cant believe I said I would take care of it. It has already broke up him and his girlfriend but I already said I would do it. It hasnt been 7 days until I am going out of my mind. That dang ole monkey was into everything and craping everywhere. Dang varmit tried to bite me everytime I tried to put in itto its carrying cage so hell I just let it go crazy on the curtain rods and everywhere and started counting the days until Rusty came home to take it off my hands. Wouldnt you know it that little sh*t ran out the door this morning when I got up to get a ciggarette from my truck. I was in my boxers but I chase and it ran right out into the street and a car ran over it. My question do you think it would be any good to eat? I mean its already dead and all and I thought I saw where some people eat monkeys. Maybe grille it? I got it in the freezer now but it seems like justice if I could eat it?

Hello,

Do you guys have any quick and easy recipe for chicken or beef? I would prefer cooking chicken for dinner since we've been going out alot lately and we've been eating lots of cheese burgers and stuff... I'm really sick of them. But my boyfriend loves beef so I'm considering...

Do you guys have any quick recipe? I'd like to do it in 20-30 mins max. Thanks a lot!

Traditionally, my gemma used vanilla/chocolate icing (whole container) with another item, I can't remember if it was peanut butter, marshmellow cream, or something else. I know that she melted both of the products so that it would mix more throughly. I believe she then let the product set. Any ideas would be appreciated. Non of my family knows this recipe that she used.

I previewed both books but have also heard some good/bad comments about Rachael Ray's cookbook. I like them both and enjoy watching them. But, are the meals easy to prepare?
