baked diet soda cake w/ cherry pie filling. no oil or eggs. it's not iced yet. do i need to store in fridge or counter?

baked beer bread. do i need to store in foil or ziploc bag?

Safer to store the cake in the fridge.

Ziploc bag or cling wrap for the bread should be fine.

fridge and foil and follow your recipe that should be the yeast of your problem
