Original recipe yield:
6 servings
INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Turn over chicken pieces and add more seasoning to taste. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Lemon Pepper Chicken and Gravy
"This is a great recipe for having a guest over. Very inexpensive, and makes a gravy that is great to eat over rice. Note: This dish is best if cooked in a wok! Serve over hot cooked white rice, if desired."
Original recipe yield:
4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cut into bite-size pieces
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
4 packets dry chicken gravy mix, prepared according to package instructions
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet or wok heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through (juices run clear and chicken meat is no longer pink inside).
Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, prepared gravy, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together; reduce heat to medium low and let all simmer about 10 minutes, or until bell peppers are tender and gravy has thickened.

Sure, I've got a very simple one. How about getting your chick ready while the oven is pre-heating at 450 degrees.
After washing your meat, just use a little dab of salt and some pepper/or garlic pepper if you have it. Then, use real squeezed lemon (for a tang) over the chicken.
At 450 it will cook pretty fast if you have the grate at the lowest level. Make sure the chicken breast are thin enough to cook quickly. If they are thick, then cut them in half lengthwise and you shoud come up with two thin layers of chicken. This will also double the quantity of servings, if necessary.
You can serve it with Success Rice and a stemed veg.
OR,
cube the chicken, season and throw it into a wok or deep frying pan like you would a stir-fry and with the heat pretty high, 'bout the same as a high, open flame, it'll begin cooking quickly. Get yourself your favorite type of oriental botteled sauce, (Teryaki is my favorite) and sprinkle on. Let it cook till almost done (about 15 minutes) then throw in your the veggies of your choice and stir fry everything. Success rice or Minute rice and pour the chicken and veggies over it and mix it up. Quick.

Ingredients 3 lbs chicken wings 3/4 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup oil 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Directions 1 Mix all ingredients. 2 Add wings and marinate overnight. 3 (I have often marinated in fridge for 1 to 2 days) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I know you said no bake but this is a recipe to die for and very easy. Every time I make them everybody asks for more no matter how many of them I make. A BIG CROWD PLEASER and a lot cleaner than frying

EASY EASY BAKED PEPPER CHICKEN
6 uncooked chicken breasts
2 cups onions and peppers (thinly sliced)
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp basil seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil, separated in 1/8 cups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a deep baking pan (9x13) with foil (this will reduce clean-up time) and seal the heat. Drizzle the foil layer with olive oil to avoid sticking Sprinkle foil with some of the pepper and basil Lay the chicken breasts on the oil-seasoning mixture, spread out, and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Use a brush or spoon to distribute the oil evenly on top of the chicken Sprinkle the chicken with remaining seasoning, to taste Sprinkle the chicken with the onions and peppers.
Important: Cover the pan with another layer of foil, and seal the sides. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
It'll be the juiciest, most tender baked chicken you've ever had - no need for a knife. Best over rice and sauteed vegetables

I have an easy one for chicken breasts and tastey too! I go and grab those teriyaki marinades from the store (any brand will do). Let marinate in it for like 30 minutes before. Heat up a frying pan with a little bit of oil so the chicken doesn't stick. Cook it on medium heat. And i like to throw in some canned pineapple chunks and maybe grate in some orange zest. Cook up a little rice to add on the side and you're good to go! Yum!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aME1x
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

4 chicken breast halves, without skin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
8 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup orange juice
dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley

Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken breasts gently to thin slightly. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add green onion and sauté for 1 minute.
Add garlic and chicken; sauté for 5 minutes, or until chicken is browned. Turn, add garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes longer. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add chicken broth, orange juice, and hot sauce to the skillet. Bring to a boil and boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes to reduce slightly. Reduce heat, add chicken back to the skillet, cover, and simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
