It's a flat pan with small or no sides. You can buy some at the grocery store probably. some are more expensive and cook cookies more evenly than others.

A large, flat pan for cookies and other baked goods. Many have special air chambers between the layers since cookies burn easily. Some are also coated with non-stick products to help your cookies come free easier. You can purchase a cheapie at a dollar store, but spend about $12 to get one that is non-stick and has air chambers and your cookies will thank you. You could go somewhere like bed bath and beyond, but most food stores have them right by the chocolate chips and cookie/cake mixes in the baking aisle. it's the big, flat pan you can't miss. also, if you buy one with air chambers, don't submerge it in water in the sink; if you buy a non-stick, don't clean it with a brillo/steel wool pad or you will damage the surface.

It's a flat pan that fits about one dozen cookies to bake on. You can buy them any where. Walmart, grogery store, hardware store. It's like a cake pan, but a little bigger, and the sides are flat.
