My husband is from England, and after our holiday trip is missing home a bit.

What could I prepare him in a meal that would be typically 'British' or 'English'?

I'm looking for suggestions for the *whole* meal (heck, even the whole days menu would be wonderful!) with suggestions or links to the recipes fo preparing it.

I am making a sauce that goes over chicken and then baked. I am trying to make a bunch of dinners to freeze so the nights I work my husband can still have dinner(mind you he can't toast bread). This is his favorite and I need to know if these ingrediants would freeze alright.

Hi, was wondering, our family is having a huge party to celebrate my great-grandma's birthday, (like distant relatives we barley know) at our house. Was wondering if anyone has a faveourite cookie recipe they are willing to share, and/or estimate of how much people it could serve.

Can be any type of cookie, brownie, even non-desert cookie. Or you could just say the name of the cookie. Thanks for any help (maybe you can describe the cookie, what it looks like, what it tastes like etc..)

I need a simple, easy cupcake recipe.
It's a project for school, and there has to be enough for 30 students.

OR

if you know any other easy recipes that'd be great too! And it doesn't just have to be baking.

THANK YOU!

(and a url with the recipe and a picture to go along with it would be great.)

We used to have these things during school lunch that were called Western Burgers. They were really good (in my opinion anyway). It was ground beef with I don't know what kind of spices wrapped in flaky crust / bread type thing. They looked like a ball. They were served w/ mustard packets. Anyone ever heard of them or know what I'm talking about and happen to know where I can get the recipe for them?
