Yea, it should be fine. I do it to my muffins all the time!
Take them out the night before you want to eat them to let them thaw out, and then in the morning (or whenever) put them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds and enjoy -- yummy!!

IF they are "cake donuts" they freeze very well. Just use an airtight container or a zipper bag works well if you suck all the air out with a straw before sealing.

IF you have "raised donuts" they will freez but they are not as good as fresh bought, but that is only MY opinion.... I am donut picky and if it isn't just right then I don't want them.

Good luck !

It usually works fine. The texture changes a bit when they thaw, more so in cake donuts. I usually heat them up in the microwave for a few after they thaw. The don't taste badly, just have a different mouth feel.

Yes 2-4 months in an airtight container. They will become a bit stale when you thaw them but a little microwave action will perk them back up

lol i don't think that would harm them in any way, but if you just leave them out they would be fine, just make sure the box/container is seal good.
