Food spoils because of bacteria that thrives at room temperature. Rice is no different -- it may not look different but it's still not safe.
Cooked rice, when not eaten immediately, should be cooled quickly. To store, place in shallow container, cover tightly, and refrigerate or freeze. Cooked rice may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or frozen up to 6 months.

Yes. Believe it or not, rice is considered a potentially hazardous food, just like meat or eggs! It has the right amount of food and moisture and usually warm temps after cooking to support bacterial growth.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately or throw it out!

I would not eat it. Bacteria grows fast in food that is cooling, overnight is too long to leave out.

Yes, definitely, it does spoil fast although you won't taste it. It's Bacillus Cereosous (sp?). It happens to pasta too.

Yes I would not suggest it. When you reheat it, make sure its steaming because it will have grown bacteria on it. Good luck.
