I am tying to cook for a tommorow night when my family is coming over. The thing is, ever1 whos coming are basically on a diet. Is this meal healthy enough?? if not, why?

green beans with cheese, chicken, spring rolls and cucumber salad. And apples when we chat.

Don't think the cheese should be in there, a little Oilve Oil and toasted Almonds instead, didn't say how the chickens being cooked, spring rools look good and cucumber salad depending on what you mix with the cucs a lite vinegarette with mint would work, good choices, enjoy

You might want to serve some whole grain bread in addition to what you have mentioned. And the cheese is fine, as long as it is eaten in moderation. That sounds good! With the bread, you have veggies, fruit, protein (chicken), dairy (cheese), and I imagine some kind of fat in the cucumber salad! Try a viniagette with some healthy olive oil!
