simple purchase the chicken fillets. get a frying pan lightly oil it. wash the chicken with hot water and salt and give five mins. get some tika masla and batter the fillets and put them in the pan for 25mins and turn

You take a boneless skinless chicken breast and lay it flat. Put saran wrap over the top of it. Then you use a meat pounder and pound it until it is flat.
Done and done. Easy as pie.
