You sure can make chili. Are the beans canned? if they are then I would suggest mashing about half or less of them to thicken your chili pot up. Saute your onions that have been diced in a skillet with some butter or oil. Not much now. Now put those beans in and season with your chili powder. Let em get all nice and happy together in that pan until the onions start to caramelize. Then put that spaghetti sauce in there and let it simmer and bubble until it gets to the consistency that you like. If the beans are dried prepare them as directed on the package and then do what I suggested above.

I have tried this once my self it took alot of time to get it right but its not so bad when your poor you do what u have to to survive so here it goes: Pour spagghetti sauce in pan simmer really good. It helps get some of the spagghetti seasoning out of it . Just keep tasting it till it taste a little bland then add your beans and fine chop the onions. simmer bout 5 minutes , stir often the add chili powder to taste. Its not the best meatless chili in the world but it satisfy's the stomach.

okay first of all, yes u can have chili w/o the meat....my sister doesnt eat meat & she eats chili quite often.
what you need to do is dice the onions. saute in a small amount of olive oil, maybe a minute or 2. combine all the remaining ingredients & add lots of chili powder & pepper if you have it. its not going to taste like chili you are probably used to but if seasoned properly u can have something pretty similiar.
GOOD LUCK

Yes.
Soak the beans first. Pour boiling water over them and let sit. When room temp, pour off that water, replace w/ fresh water, spaghetti sauce, and chopped onion. Cook until thick and beans are tender, about 1½ hours over low, stirring often. If too soupy, take lid off and let some water evaporate. Add chili powder, you need some cumin, too, a tsp or so... salt, pepper....
You really need the cumin and chili powder to cover up the Italian flavors of the spg. sauce. The good thing is, chilli usually also contains oregano.

Yes, there are plenty of chilis without meat.
Keep in mind that you can add more chili powder later, so only add like 3 tablespoons depending on size of it all. I would say add it all together without the chili powder, and that is goulash.
Goulash is a throw together soup.
i know it is allittle late, but good luck
I love experementing like that. Send me some!!!

mix them all together and add plenty of chili. Cook the beans first. Chili is just beans, chili, meat, onions, red peppers, everything you have except the meat.

The good thing about chili is that you can make it with the bare minimum ingredients!
Dice your onions, put everything in a pot and simmer (low heat) until your house smells good.

Yes you can make it without the meat!!!
Do you have any green peppers? If you do you can add that.
Do you have rice? You can put the chili over rice. That way it would be more filling.
