If so, how? Do you baste it as if you were just roasting it in a roasting pan? I'm definitely using a roasting bag, so is it best to stick to just dry seasonings?

I usually just use velveeta and melt it with some butter and milk and elbow macaroni on the stove. but, for Thanksgiving, i wan tto try the baked kind. So, can I still use velveeta and just mix in some kind of cheddar or what? Also, Which cheddar? Mild? Medium? Sharp?

I like the sweet potatoes at Boston Market, does anyone know a good recipe to mimick these? Very important because these are my contribution to the T-day fest on Thursday.

I have been using leftover mashed potatoes for breakfast for many years. I put it in a frying pan with a little butter and fry them until a brown crust forms. I then turn it over to brown the other side. My question is: Does anyone else do this? I have never heard of anyone else doing it, nor have I ever seen a recipe for it in any cookbook. I sometimes do it for dinner instead of baked, mashed or fried potatoes.

It seems most recipes, have bread in them, which make them have a terrible consistency. Bread stuffing is just wet undercooked bread. Surely, there is a moist, well seasoned, down home, grandma used to make recipe out there.
