One of the restraunts i worked at enetered a chilli cook off every year on Grey Cup Sunday. We didn't win but got a few honorable mentions a couple of times. Mostly it was an excuse for the chef and i to eat chilli watch football and drink free beer, all the while being paid for it.

I have participated in three chili cooking contests and had a lot of fun but didn't win anything. Next weekend I will be judging a chili cookoff which will be fun too.
