Wow. I can go on forever. But just a few of my own fav.
Grand Marnier Souffle
Black forrest cake
Kahlua cheescake
Bourbon pecan pie.
Heck, my apple pie uses both rome & granny smith apples mixed with toasted walnuts, brandied raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Served with vanilla ice cream, of course.

For me the best dessert is :-
1) Nata D' Coco - Lychee flavour especially
2) Blueberry Cheese Cake
3) Strawberry Layer Cake
4) Chocloate Muffin with Chocolate Cream Fillet.
5) Manggo Pudding

Creme brulee with fruit on top or just a fun old banana split with hot fudge, caramel and strawberry syrup, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice cream, peanuts, strawberries, whipped cream, cherries, the works!
