heavy creme
Parmesan cheese
potatoes
carrots (sliced)
nutmeg

mash some of the potatoes and then whip them up with a beater and add heavy creme until the mixture is as thin or as thick as you want your soup...Pour mixture into crock pot. Add more heavy creme and Parm cheese (the kind that's already grated and packaged Kraft works good) Sorry I can't give measurements but I just kinda eyeball it. Add carrots (as many as you like) Then add the nutmeg NOT TOO MUCH just a pinch. Then add more potatoes cut up into chunks-let it cook until the potatoes are tender.
