If so, how? Do you baste it as if you were just roasting it in a roasting pan? I'm definitely using a roasting bag, so is it best to stick to just dry seasonings?

I wouldn't advise it. Once you close those bags you shouldn't open them until the turkey is done. You'll defeat the purpose of the bag and you'll have dry turkey. If you want to try a glaze then I'd use foil over your bird in a foil baking pan that you can throw away. Have fun!!

I would just stick to dry seasonings if you are going to use a roasting bag. A roasting bag is unlikely to give you the look you seek with the glaze, so may as well go another route...

A happy Thanksgiving in advance...

Pour boiling water over the turkey before you put it in the bag.

Smear the turkey with soft butter or olive oil

Salt, Pepper turkey and place a peel onion, 2 ribs of celery, and had a head of garlic inside the turkey

Can use sage too if you wish
