I am trying to cold water thaw my turkey for Thanksgiving? However it's floating in the bath tub,, I am suppost to keep it covered completely but how should I keep it under water??? I don't want to put a brick on it or whatever,,, but I just need to know what to do??

Yes everyone now my hubby has made it even harder he bought a 25 pound frozen bird, I say we need to leave it out to defrost, or it will still be frozen and he says it will go bad if I leave it out, which is right, and what should I do, I dont want a frozen bird on thanksgiving please help,

I am making individual chocolate bon-bon cakes. You make a sheet cake, freeze till easy to manage.. cut into serviing pieces, place on wire rack and place one big marshmallow on top of each. Freeze again. Take them out and pour warm (not hot) glaze over the top. It is supposed to be thick enough to be opique, but thin enough to cover the whole thing. Anyone have a recipe for glaze like that?
