Stuffing which is very easy, buy stove top :) Mashed potatoes also easy. Boil the potatoes until they fall apart and mash them with butter and milk add them slowly to get the right consistency. Cranberry sauce can be bought in a can. You can use frozen vegis as sides as well. Buy premade rolls you just have to heat up. You can do a chocolate pie, buy a graham cracker crust and just follow the directions on the chocolate pudding package for making the pie. You can have a wonderful meal and not know anything about cooking. I've done it before :) I'm a better cook now though.

Since you don't do any cooking of your own I would suggest that perhaps you might want to purchase a pre-cooked ham or roast a large hen chicken. If you want to dine like the original Pilgrims you might serve either roast duck or goose though they actually had lobster for Thanksgiving of all things. Still confused? One more suggestion go to any Dominick's or Jewel and they will be more than glad to assist you in planning a good Thanksgiving; and may GOD bless and good luck.

Deep frying is astounding and alot much less messy. you additionally can get a syringe, fairly made for this, and fill it with garlic butter, or cajun spices, or any form of BBQ sauce you choose for and utilising the syringe, top off the chicken below the floor and then deep fry it. Boy, does that supply it a great style!! We continually cook dinner one this style at Thanksgiving and often only for kicks!! stable success!!

Pretty much anything you want to eat can go with turkey.

If you don't know how to cook, it's pretty risky to start with Thanksgiving dinner. Expectations are pretty high for that meal. You should probably ask around about dinners you can buy.
