mine is only 20 lbs and I forgot to get it in the fridge sunday,, so I am cold bathing mine,, today ,, with fingers crossed that it will be ok, by tomarrow. However here's some information

20 to 24 pounds..........4 to 5 days for frige thawing
20 to 24 pounds.......10 to 12 hours for cold water thawing.

you are too late for Thanksgiving if you are taking it out of the freezer today....leave it there and get it out a week before Christmas!
