It'll be on the dry side and won't rise. I suggest using 'Eggbeaters' or applesauce as a substitution.

Eggs help the brownies rise, and give it moisture and cohesiveness. If you're out of eggs, you can usually substitute applesauce or canned pumpkin if you're desperate. Egg Beaters are a great substitute. Try searching online, if you're ever in a pinch again, for substitutes. You'd be surprised at how many things can be substituted when cooking.

You're brownies will not rise (leaven) and they will be tough and thick. but still edible. What to do w/them-process brownies and use as a topping for ice cream or sides of cakes of triffles. its all good

They wouldn't be very good brownies.
However, there are some egg substitutes out there. One that I recall has something to do with cornstarch and water. It was a vegan thing. You'd have to google 'egg substitutes' to find a good one.
